Raising Cane's and Awareness (11/1/2025)
For this event, Push Forward Project had the opportunity to work with Raising Cane's to provide sponsored items to the homeless community of Downtown Miami.
We are extremely grateful to be able to have given out Raising Cane's branded hand sanitizer, branded rain ponchos, and water bottles to those in need at Government Center.
We hope to continue working with Raising Cane's and other organizations to continue supporting our community and expanding our impact on the community.
Pillar Painting Project (10/25/2025)
The Pillar Painting Project is part of Amigos for Kids’ mission to transform every pillar at José Martí Park in Downtown Miami, creating a brighter space for the community.
Alongside Amigos for Kids and a group of volunteers, we painted the pillars, blending colors to achieve the perfect hues and outlining each piece to bring the artwork to life.
We hope to continue contributing to this project and help paint all the pillars at José Martí Park, creating a vibrant, Miami-inspired environment that welcomes and supports all park visitors.
Save A Life Day (9/25/2025)
For Save A Life Day at University of Miami, we worked with other organizations including Shatterproof, URecovery, Substance Awareness, and F Fentanyl to give out free Narcan.
We gave out Naloxone, brand name Narcan, to UM students on campus. Naloxone is a life-saving medication used to rapidly reverse an opioid overdose and save lives.
Push Forward Project contributed by bringing items such as free shirts, Raising Cane's sponsored products, Chill-N ice cream, and Whyff herbal inhalers for the UM students.
Skate 4 Pizza (9/13/2025)
For this event, The Push Forward Project brought 10 pizzas to Lot 11 Skatepark, and gave out pizza to all the skaters who were hungry and in need of food.
Our goal for this event was to show the skaters in our community that they are supported and that we are here for them.
It was wonderful to be able to provide food for so many skaters because we know how hungry they can get. After a long day of skating, a nice warm meal is all you want.
Charity Clothing Drive #3 (9/1/2025)
With the help of dedicated volunteers, The Push Forward Project hosted a community clothing drive that showed the strength of pushing forward for something greater.
For this fundraising event, we organized a clothing drive with help from volunteers who supported The Push Forward Project, collecting 130+ clothing items and 3 pairs of shoes.
Our clothing drive was made possible by volunteers and supporters who stood with The Push Forward Project, and all donations will be given directly to the Lotus House shelter.
Meals & Water for Miami (8/16/2025)
On Saturday, our nonprofit organized an event in Downtown Miami, where volunteers distributed 80 sandwiches and 64 bottles of water.
By uniting volunteers to make and deliver food, we created an event that brought kindness and nourishment to Miami’s homeless community.
Many of the homeless individuals we served remembered us from before and expressed deep gratitude, reminding us why these outreach events mean so much.
Hope For Hygiene (7/11/2025)
On Friday, we launched Hope for Hygiene, an outreach event to support Miami’s homeless community in Downtown Miami.
With the help of friends and volunteers, we handed out 90 bottles of water and 32 hygiene goody bags with deodorant, toothpaste, and toothbrushes.
This event reminded us how small acts, done consistently, can build trust and connection. We’re proud of the impact we made and look forward to continuing.
Lot 11 Skatepark Cleanup (6/28/2025)
For this community event, The Push Forward Project organized a cleanup at Lot 11 Skatepark with help from volunteers who showed up ready to make a difference.
Together, we filled 7 bags of trash within a few hours. Thank you to the volunteers who joined me in making this happen.
Even after all our efforts, there’s still more work to be done. We’re committed to keeping the spaces we love safe and in good condition.
Charity Clothing Drive #2 (6/7/2025)
For this fundraising event, we organized a community clothing drive with help from volunteers who showed up ready to support The Push Forward Project.

Fund-Raising Carwash #2 (5/10/2025)
For this fundraising event, we held a community car wash that we ran with the help of volunteers who donated their time to support The Push Forward Project.
With our community supporting, we raised $117. This was a meaningful reminder that people are standing behind our mission.
This day wasn’t just about cars, it was about coming together to make a difference, one step at a time. Thank you to everyone who supported!
Charity Clothing Drive (5/4/2025)
At our latest charity event, we hosted a clothing drive and received donations from our community to support children in need.
Despite heavy rain and even hail, we collected over 60 items of clothing to donate to Lotus House, a local shelter that supports women and children.
It was powerful to see our community contribute, even in tough weather, reminding us why our mission matters.
Fund-Raising Carwash (4/19/2025)
At our second fundraising event, we hosted a car wash with help from friends who volunteered their time to support The Push Forward Project.
We raised $187 from people in our community who knew about our mission, making the support even more meaningful.
It was inspiring to see familiar faces from our community come out to help us raise money and awareness for our mission.
Fund-Raising At Lot 11 (4/12/2025)
At our first fundraising event at Lot 11 Skatepark, we connected with local skaters, shared our mission, and sold drinks to raise funds for our cause.
The skate community showed strong support, and the park owner even gave us permission to sell on-site after hearing about our mission.
We raised $67 and had meaningful conversations about changing the narrative around substance abuse in skate culture.
